SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Our Standard Delivery within the 48 Continental United States is usually done via FedEx. Orders of in-stock merchandise received Monday through Friday by 2:00 p.m. ET are usually shipped the same day for receipt within 3-5 days. Our usual time to process all orders is 1-3 working days. Custom embroidery on some items Such as Resume Jackets can be 5 to 7 working days.

You should expect an extended delivery date when:

• If the Item needs to be embroidered, Hemmed or Tailored.
• The Item is out of stock from manufacture.
• Chosing the Delivery method does not speed up preparation time, it only speeds the delivery or transit time once shipped. Example, if you place and order today with 2nd or Next Day delivery that needs to be embroidered or Hemmed, it does not mean you will get it in 1 or 2 days from time placed.
• If you are a New Hire please call in and ask for an expedited delivery and we will do everything to accomadate you if possible.

RETURN POLICY:
BOP Uniform Warranty: Purchases may be returned to AD Meyers for replacement, repair or exchange within 30 days. *Any garment altered by embroidery, screening, trouser hems or sewn emblems are not returnable except in the case of ordering error attributable to AD Meyers and or a manufacturing defect (return shipping on items sent back for verification that are determined not to be AD Meyers responsibility will be at the customers expense). Please carefully measure yourself before placing orders for this reason. AD Meyers has a 30 day warranty on all clothing items from date of purchase against manufacturer's defects.

*Trousers not worn or washed that were order by mistake by the customer can be returned for exchange within 7 days of receipt at customer’s expense and a 20% restocking fee. Again, Please carefully measure yourself before placing orders for this reason.

• All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number.
• Please enclose the returns form (or original packing slip) that was sent with your order along with the reason for the return and notify us by phone or email or it will not be processed
• Please write your original order number ( on the outside of box)
• Please provide reason (e.g. are you returning this item for exchange or Repair?)
• If you are exchanging an item, please provide details regarding the items you would like (Style number, color, size, quantity)

We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit/debit cards must be issued by a U.S. institution and must have a U.S. billing address. For orders sent through the mail to AD Meyers Uniforms, we accept only credit cards originating from U.S.-based financial institutions. Please ensure that the billing address on file with the credit card issuing bank is the same address you enter when ordering. We do accept personal checks, money orders.

ATTENTION DEBIT CARD USERS:
When using a debit card, your bank may remove or set aside the necessary funds to cover the order for a period of up to five business days. This can vary from bank to bank and AD Meyers Uniforms has no control over this.
